1. Data Collected

To provide automated support ticketing, the Atlas AI subsystem monitors and analyzes server text content in designated channels. We store Discord User IDs, channel transcript outputs, and server configurations.

2. Data Deletion

Once a ticket is closed, system transcripts are archived and the message history is deleted from active bot caches.
